We began giving PQQ to my 94-year old mother in December as she was experiencing cognitive difficulties (adding #'s, etc.) - in a few short weeks, when playing cards, she was adding up her score with little or no effort - we have begun taking it ourselves. I used PQQ in conjunction with Adrenal Extract. Amazing. After one day I could sense the additional energy. I exercise twice a day. Usually, by the end of the week I am dragging.
