High Potency Vitamin D3
Due to living in northern Canada and not getting enough sun to boost my levels of vitamin D3, I have regularly bought these vitamin D3's from Pipingrock and take then on a daily basis. When having had regular checkups of my vitamin/mineral etc. status at the hospital lab, my levels are above average and I feel that is proof enough that these "do the job" they are supposed to do. I take them combined with various other supplements that work well together and boost each other and have no plans to stop buying these from Pipingrock, as long as they keep them in stick. Vitamin D3 is as good as name brand but a better value. I am happy with it and will order more. I am taking 10,000iu during the dark dreary winter and I take 5,000iu during spring and summer when I get more sunshine.Vitamin D3 is as good as name brand but a better value.
